1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the educational services, cohorts, mentoring sessions, and administrative portals available at https://www.flutterflowsaghana.live (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services"), provided by FlutterFlow SA Ghana ("we," "our," or "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our accompanying Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and any associated administrative or learning interfaces.
2. Educational Services & Cohorts
FlutterFlow SA Ghana provides visual software engineering instruction, no-code/low-code development education, structured cohort curriculum, mentorship programs, project reviews, and community digital workshops.
- Cohort Schedules: Class schedules, live mentoring sessions, and project submission deadlines are announced via the Learning Management System (LMS) and official communication channels.
- Course Materials: Access to course curriculum, lesson recordings, templates, and downloadable assets is granted for personal educational enrichment only.
- Certification: Certificates of completion are awarded solely at the discretion of program instructors based on attendance, assignment completion, and final project evaluation.
3. User Accounts & Security
Certain features require creating an account or signing in via Google OAuth or verified email One-Time Passwords (OTPs):
- Accurate Credentials: You must supply authentic, accurate, and current contact details during onboarding and account provisioning.
- Credential Protection: You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your session tokens, passwords, and one-time verification codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Administrative Audit Logging: In accordance with our security policies, all operations performed within privileged administrative portals and staff management consoles are logged with timestamps, user identity, and IP address for compliance and security forensics.
4. Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity
We foster a collaborative, professional, and respectful learning environment. By participating, you agree that you will not:
- Harass, intimidate, discriminate against, or abuse any student, mentor, instructor, or administrator.
- Submit plagiarized projects or claim uncredited third-party software as original capstone coursework.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, compromise, disrupt, or introduce malicious payloads into the Platform infrastructure or API endpoints.
- Share administrative credentials or bypass role-based security barriers to access restricted cohorts or systems.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform & Curriculum Content: All brand trademarks, logos, proprietary tutorials, recorded lectures, written lessons, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of FlutterFlow SA Ghana or its licensors and are protected under copyright and applicable intellectual property laws.
Student Projects: You retain ownership of all original applications, prototypes, and digital assets created by you during your coursework. By presenting your work in public cohort showcases, you grant us a non-exclusive license to feature project demos and testimonials for promotional and educational purposes.
6. Third-Party Services & Google Integrations
Our Platform integrates with third-party providers including Google Sign-In and transactional email infrastructure to facilitate seamless authentication and notifications.
• Use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• As detailed in our Privacy Policy, our access to Google user data adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions, terms modifications, or policy enforcements instituted by third-party identity providers.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform, educational content, and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, FlutterFlow SA Ghana, its directors, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform or any cohort materials.
8. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, cohort enrollment, or access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of any violation of these Terms, non-compliance with the Code of Conduct, or behavior that compromises the safety, integrity, or security of our educational community.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiations, failing which it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Ghana.
